The Challenge:
Dialed In Staffing had a do-it-yourself website that did not reflect the premium, professional nature of their HR and recruiting services. The old site lacked clear messaging, strong calls to action, people-centric imagery, and an updated brand presentation. It also did not tell their story or differentiate why working with Matthew and his team is different.
The Solution:
We redesigned the site into a modern, minimal, professional web experience aligned with Dialed In Staffing’s updated logo, colors, and positioning, using content sourced from a structured interview with the client.
Steps Taken:
- Conducted a content interview to capture Dialed In Staffing’s story, differentiation, services, industries served, and process.
- Created professional copy from the interview so the client only needed to review and tweak.
- Redesigned the homepage to tell a clear story from problem to solution to process, including a four step process and multiple CTAs to book a meeting.
- Integrated the new text-based logo and final color palette (blue, white, thin red accent) in a way that felt corporate and not overly patriotic.
- Rebuilt core pages: Home, Services, About/Who We Are, Contact, plus supporting sections like FAQs to reduce inbound questions.
- Highlighted people imagery to match a staffing/recruiting brand and built trust by featuring Matthew and his information.
- Set global styles for fonts so future edits are easier and consistent across pages.
- Migrated the site from the previous platform and handled DNS/domain pointing, including working around a delay in changing Wix name servers.
- Setup google analytics and search console for insights into traffic coming to the website.
The Result:
Dialed In Staffing now has a site that matches the level of service they provide. The new website presents their services clearly, tells their story, and makes it easy for visitors to book a meeting or contact them. After the initial homepage presentation, almost no design changes were needed, which confirmed that the discovery and content process worked.
What the site can do now:
- Present a clear, people focused homepage that tells visitors what Dialed In Staffing does and who they serve.
- Let prospects book a meeting or contact Matthew from multiple touchpoints.
- Show mission, vision, and core values in a way that builds trust.
- Explain each service in detail so clients know which one fits them.
- Keep navigation sticky so users can take action at any time.
- Use branded colors and typography consistently through global styles.
- Be extended later as the business grows.
This project turned a basic, self built site into a professional recruiting website that now matches Dialed In Staffing’s real world credibility.
