The Challenge
Create an eCommerce website for Kreative Kousins Greek Emporium using our non-WordPress platform. The goal was to provide a stable and easy-to-use online store for the client to sell their products while ensuring a smooth setup process, even though this was our first time working with the non-WordPress platform eCommerce functionality. The site needed to include product listings, a user-friendly shopping experience, basic SEO optimization, and seamless store management.
The Solution
- Successfully built the store using our new eCommerce platform, which turned out to be a great choice for the client’s needs as they were coming from the highly limited godaddy platform.
- Assisted the client in creating and uploading products, with Daphne providing high-quality image work to enhance the design.
- Created and recorded a set of how-to videos to help the client manage their store efficiently.
- Researched and implemented best practices for the platform's eCommerce features, ensuring stability and ease of use.
- Used a spreadsheet instead of a document to collect product information, making the process more structured and efficient.
- Provided basic SEO setup, including filling in meta information to improve search visibility. And the site is now ranking!
- Maintained clear and consistent communication, keeping the client updated throughout the process.
