The Challenge

Develop a membership-based training site for ProWebsite Creators' team members to access essential organizational training. The site needed to cover topics like communication and respect, handling help tickets, understanding the company’s vision, mission, and core values, running effective meetings, prioritizing tasks, solving problems, and more. It was designed to function like a course, allowing members to watch videos and take quizzes to reinforce their learning.

The Solution

• Utilized the WP Courseware plugin to create a structured, membership-based training platform.
• Uploaded training videos recorded by Dave to Vimeo and embedded them within specific course modules.
• Developed quizzes for each module, created by Daphne, to ensure comprehension and retention of the training material.
• Ensured the membership structure allows team members to log in and access courses at their convenience while tracking progress.
