Several laws already require websites with a contact form to have a Privacy Policy.
Several states are proposing laws that will allow citizens to sue businesses for not having a Privacy Policy, regardless of the size or location of the business. In fact, California's new law is set to go into effect on January 1st.
But what should be in that policy?
