It's essential for all businesses, and entrepreneurs, to have at least some basic knowledge on how to create STUNNING images/graphics to promote their services/products.

Not only are they Free, but you also don't have to install a program on your local computer. Everything is browser and cloud-based.

Okay. But what if you're still clueless about using the most basic online editors? Don't worry, we got ya! Here's a handy guide to let you in in all the basics of Canva.

LinkedIn: phishing scams increase 232%

Phishing attacks impersonating emails from LinkedIn have grown 232% since the start of February, according to cybersecurity firm Egress.

The company released a report about cybercriminals using display name spoofing and stylized HTML templates to socially engineer victims into clicking on phishing links in Outlook 365 and then entering their credentials into suspicious websites. When the phishing links are clicked, the victim gets redirected to a website that harvests their LinkedIn log-in credentials. Scary Stuff!

So how can you protect yourself from these scams? If you're on a PC/MAC, take extreme caution and hover over links before clicking them to see if the are valid. (The link is usually displayed on the lower left corner of the browser screen).
- Important! You've got to really study the link, because it's easy for someone to use a version of the domain. Instead of "linkedin.com" it could be "llinkedin.com" where they replace the first i with l, and the casual observer would miss it.
- If you're on mobile, check messages directly on the app. Even on desktop, go to the site directly without clickin on the link.
